The renovation involves a complete reconstruction both inside and outside, without any variation of volume, for a small single family house already existing on the site.

Externally, a new insulation has been installed,  the roof was redone increasing coherently the thermal insulation and keeping  the original height of the eaves and the covering in the Marseilles shingles.
The carpentry and the design of the roofs in the south-facing area has been simplified, in order to obtain a single roof with two regular flaps on  the whole construction.

Internally we designed a large and bright space dining-living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms:  floor heating is available everywhere in the building.

The Natural stone of the facade is Quartzite
