The project is located in an exceptional setting, surrounded by unspoiled natural landscapes and situated near the small village "Cantine di Caprino".
The site comprises two buildings: the "Sala", which directly overlooks the lake, and the "Hostel", a larger structure that rises vertically along the mountainside.
The property is characterized by a spacious lakeside terrace, offering panoramic views that stretch from Monte San Salvatore to Lugano and eastwards from Gandria to Porlezza.

Our intervention aims to restore and enhance the original architectural character of the structure. The project focuses on improving the interior spaces while removing later additions that detract from the integrity and quality of the original construction.
