The project is located in a particular place, surrounded by an uncontaminated nature, near the nucleus of the small village "Cantine di Caprino".
On the site there are two buildings, a "Sala", directly faced to the lake and a "Hostel", a building with an important volume that develops vertically towards the mountain.
The property is characterized by a large terrace with access to the lake, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view that ranges from Monte San Salvatore, to Lugano and then, eastwards from Gandria to Porlezza. The aim of our project is recover the characteristic elements of the original construction, enhancing the interior space and eliminating instead those disturbing elements that have been added over the years.
