The project began with the idea of conceiving the site as a continuous park, where the landscape defines the structure of the new neighbourhood. Only in a second phase were the buildings introduced, adapting to the design of the green spaces rather than dominating them. 

The development combines an apartment building with a series of single-family homes, creating a balanced relationship between density, and green open space. Vehicular traffic is kept to the perimenter, while pedestrian paths connect the residences with shared outdoor areas. 

The project prioritizes landscape integration, sustainability, and quality of life within a green residential setting.
