Starting from the morphology of the natural ground, the construction develops on one level. The box detached from the building is connected to it through the roof that forms a porch between the building and the garage. A canopy protects the entrance of the house.
All the rooms are facing south-west and have a direct exit on the garden. The backward area, with respect to the thread of the house, forms a portico enclosed between the rooms of the master area and the part reserved for children.
The building has a flat cover and generous horizontal garden on the main front of the building.
